Workshops Land Art

Interdisciplinary Project : Mrs. Denise Dröge, diplom theater pedagogue and I  have teamed up and an developed an intercultural and interdisciplinary project  combining three art forms: Land Art / social sculpture, performance / video. Keywords are limits, here and now. The art forms interact mutually with each other and influence each other in the process. All three parts of the project are related to the local environment (social, natural, urban). The project has as target group  children / young people who are new in Germany and children / young people who live already in Germany. Through previous projects in Germany, but also abroad in countries like Taiwan or Peru, we have a good working experience with children and young people from different cultural backgrounds. The project was implemented for the first time at the exhibition We See Heaven Upside Down in Villa Novilla in Berlin-Oberschöneweide (Germany). Participants were children and students from the student club Rabenhaus. Please see as well film/video section

LAND ART : Developing and realization of an idea based on improvising and experiment with the environment and objects. Using raw and used/waste material. By spending the time making Land Art you will use your imagination, be creative, get some fresh air and learn all about environment, natural places and recycle/reusing processes

To make invisible borders, space visible to create a connection how things can be related to each other. The relation, tides and connections inside nature and between humanity and nature. Where the environment influence the object and where men influence the project. Also the structure of workshop will be the same A Introduction with images followed by questions round. Subsequently the students starting to make their objects.
